- Download the voucher. Write your full name under “Invited by” and your friend or family member’s full name on the guest line.
- Invite your guest to book. Ask them to mention the Friends & Family invitation when scheduling.
- Bring the voucher to the first appointment. Your guest receives a complimentary exam and X-rays.
