Do you accept my dental insurance?
Ace Dental is a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due at the time of your visit. We’re happy to file an insurance claim as a courtesy so your plan can reimburse you according to your benefits. Please contact your insurance company to confirm your out-of-network coverage, exclusions, and reimbursement details before your appointment.
What does the $99 new-patient special include?
Our new-patient special includes an exam and X-rays for $99. A dental cleaning and any additional treatment are separate. Call us with questions about the offer or book your first visit online.
Is a cleaning included in my exam appointment?
A cleaning is not included in the $99 exam and X-ray special. Tell us when booking if you would like a cleaning. The exam helps us determine the type of cleaning and care appropriate for your needs, and we’ll explain the recommended services and fees.
Can I get a second opinion on another office’s treatment plan?
Yes. Send us the treatment plan from your other dental office and schedule a complimentary second-opinion evaluation with Dr. Flores. The offer includes an exam and treatment quote; X-rays and additional services are not included. Final recommendations and pricing depend on an in-person evaluation. Do you offer payment plans?
We offer access to payment plan options through Cherry. Eligibility, approval, and terms are determined by Cherry. Explore payment plans and application information, or call our office with questions.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, a current list of medications, and any relevant dental records you already have. If you would like us to file an insurance claim, bring your insurance information. For a second-opinion visit, send your other office’s treatment plan beforehand. Let us know about any medical conditions or concerns when scheduling.

What dental services are available?
We provide preventive care, exams and cleanings, restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, dental implants, dentures and partials, and teeth whitening. Dr. Flores will discuss suitable options after evaluating your smile. Explore our care.
What whitening options do you offer?
Ask us about Opalescence Go take-home whitening trays and our in-office whitening options. We can help you choose an option appropriate for your teeth and discuss current pricing, instructions, and what results to expect. Results vary from person to person.
Where are you located, and what are your hours?
Ace Dental is located at 4497 Meade Avenue, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Our office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Get directions. If you need help with parking or access, call us before your visit.
How do I book or change an appointment?
Book an appointment online, call 239-274-6664, or text our office. To change an existing appointment, please contact us directly so we can help you find another time.
Can I pay an existing invoice online?
Yes. Use our online invoice payment link. Refer to the invoice mailed to you for your balance. The minimum online payment is $50. For questions about your balance, call our office before making your payment.
