Start with your existing plan
Ask your other dental office for a copy of its proposed treatment plan. For Ace Dental’s complimentary offer, email or fax that plan to our office before booking. See submission instructions and offer details.
Write down your questions
- What problem does each recommended treatment address?
- Are there other options to discuss?
- Which care is time-sensitive, and what can be planned in stages?
- What is included in the quote, and what might be separate?
Know what the complimentary visit includes
With submission of another office’s treatment plan, the offer includes a second-opinion evaluation, exam, and personalized treatment quote. X-rays and additional services are not included. Final recommendations and pricing require an in-person evaluation.
